Control with one hand, pitch for direction, splay and pinch for size, forward and backward for speed modification.
Controlling multiple variables at once with very dynamic data is what interests me about music visualisers, the Leap Motion helps provide extra dynamic data that I can pump in and play with.
With the little time I had spare I threw this together :)
